Guided Forest Therapy Walk

Remote Walks With Distant Friends and Family

Would you like to share an enriching experience with friends and family who live elsewhere?   Using your mobile devices for guidance, Forest Awakenings can help you and your friends share a unique, relaxing experience of the More Than Human World.  Research studies document the many health benefits of spending time like this with nature. Gift certificates are available. Prices begin at $85 and vary by location and number of participants. Email tbocean@gmail.com to arrange.

Martha and Charlie create such a welcoming and calm atmosphere for a forest awakening experience…. Their gentle invitations helped me tune into life within my body, in the other-than-human environment nearby, and in the interplay between the two. Their warmth and open-ended questions during sharing times elicited unique and thoughtful sharings from all the participants, and it was very helpful to the depth of my own experience to hear the range of observation and insight experienced by the group as a whole.
